Guided Deep Relaxation
for Healthcare Professionals
You can better take care of others by taking good care of yourself, and Guided Deep Relaxation is the ideal antidote to stress.

Guided Deep Relaxation
Deep Relaxation, also known as ‘Yoga Nidra’, is a simple yet highly effective technique that puts the body, breath, and mind in a state of profound relaxation and harmony.

Integral Yoga Hatha
A key component to an Integral Yoga® class is its structure of moving students from the physical postures to more subtle practices and quieter states of mind.
Welcome to unwind the mind! There are many good reasons to have a meditation practice and to practice deep relaxation, a form of meditation. In my experience the short term benefits are palpable in daily life. In the long term, for each of us, meditation has the potential to lead us to know who we are, by helping us to see who we are not. It provides a portal to the age-old question, ‘Who am I?’. Once we know the answer to that question, any anxiety, worry, doubt or suffering is lifted.

“I appreciate how Padma sequences some gentle yoga stretches, emphasizing the breath to prepare us for deep relaxation. As she leads us in deep relaxation her voice is very soothing, and the pacing of her instructions contributes to a deep relaxation. Her sessions have been very helpful to me in these uncertain times.”

“I loved this meditation course! It was a treat on many levels—learning something new, making connections to things familiar, being still, observing the “drunken monkey”, putting worries in perspective, and enjoying the peace and quiet. Thank you so very much for sharing this with me!”
~ Amy
“I found this meditation course to be incredibly inspirational, educational, and I felt very peaceful after the sessions. I was looking for an outlet to touch my spiritual side, not being very “religious” anymore, as well as a way to quiet my usually busy mind. It was terrific.”
